CHAMPIONSHIP AUTO SHOWS | VEHICLE EXHIBITOR TERMS & CONDITIONS
By submitting an application, the Exhibitor requests permission to display the described vehicle at an event produced by Championship Auto Shows, Inc. (CASI or Producer) and, if accepted, agrees to these terms:
1. Vehicle Selection. CASI alone selects, approves, or rejects vehicles for exhibition and determines the number, variety, and presentation of entries. Submission does not guarantee acceptance. CASI may decline an entry, subject to applicable law.
2. ISCA Judging. The International Show Car Association (ISCA), administers ISCA competition judging, classifications, scoring, and ISCA awards under its current rules. Show acceptance does not guarantee judging eligibility or an award. CASI controls its own special, sponsor, and non-ISCA awards.
3. Space and Acceptance. All display space is subject to capacity, safety, and operational needs. If CASI cannot accommodate an accepted entry, CASI will refund the entry fee paid for that entry; to the extent allowed by law, that refund is the sole remedy for denial solely due to lack of space.
4. Floor Plan and Displays. CASI has final authority over floor plans, vehicle locations, display sizes, and changes to assignments. Requests to display with a club, group, or friends are not guaranteed. No exhibitor may move a vehicle or occupy extra space without permission. Exhibitors must follow CASI, venue, fire marshal, and applicable safety rules.
5. Show Duration and Removal. Vehicles and displays must remain in place through published show hours. No early removal, concealment, starting, or movement of vehicles is permitted without CASI approval. Unauthorized removal may result in disqualification, forfeiture of entry fees, or exclusion from future events. CASI may require removal for safety or rule violations.
6. Risk, Insurance and Responsibility. Neither the Producer, show chairman, sponsor, nor any other officer, director or shareholder thereof, or the owner of the building at which the show is produced, shall be responsible or liable for any personal injury to the Exhibitor or any person affiliated with the Exhibitor, including but not limited to any person or minor under the direction and/or control of the Exhibitor, and the Exhibitor, on behalf of itself and any such person and/or minor, as the case may be, hereby waives any such claim for personal injury. Additionally, the Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Producer against any claim for personal injury by itself or any person and/or minor under the direction and/or control of the Exhibitor. The Exhibitor hereby assumes all risk and shall be solely responsible, hereby waiving any claim against any third party including but not limited to Producer for any loss or damage to all or any part of the Exhibitor’s personal property, which shall specifically include, but not be limited to, the Exhibitor’s vehicle, trailer, display, material and/or parts. The Exhibitor hereby expressly waives any and all rights the Exhibitor may have against any of them for such loss or damage. Exhibitor agrees to obtain insurance covering the above and assumes full responsibility for any loss or damage. Exhibitor agrees that this signed entry blank supersedes any and all prior and/or contemporaneous agreements and understandings whether written or oral between Exhibitor and the Producer, the Producer’s employees, show staff, representatives and sub-contractors. Nothing herein shall be modified unless consented to by Producer in writing. Both parties agree all disagreements will be decided by arbitration in the state where the show is produced.
7. Advertising and Conduct. An entry does not include commercial advertising rights. A modest identification sign describing modifications, builders, and equipment is permitted; large advertisements, handbills, sales, and business-card distribution require separately approved paid commercial space. CASI may remove unsafe, disruptive, or noncompliant exhibits.
8. Photos, Video and Collectibles. The Exhibitor grants CASI, ISCA, and their authorized representatives a perpetual, royalty-free, nonexclusive right to photograph, film, scan, reproduce, publish, and use images of the vehicle, display, and exhibitor for event publicity and promotion. The Exhibitor also authorizes CASI and its licensees to create, manufacture, advertise, distribute, and sell toys, die-cast or scale replicas, 3D models, 3D-printed collectibles, souvenirs, and other merchandise depicting the vehicle, without further approval or compensation, to the extent the Exhibitor controls the rights needed for that use. The Exhibitor retains ownership of the vehicle and any rights not expressly granted.
9. Cancellations and Refunds. An exhibitor who withdraws after acceptance must notify CASI. Entry fees are nonrefundable except when CASI denies an accepted entry for lack of space as described above, cancels the event without offering a replacement date, or a refund is otherwise required by law.
10. Safety and Compliance. Vehicles and displays must comply with venue requirements for fuel, batteries, fire protection, fluid leaks, electrical equipment, and hazardous materials. CASI may inspect displays and require immediate correction or removal of any unsafe condition.
11. Online Applications and Agreement. By submitting an exhibitor application online, completing the registration process, and/or submitting payment, the Exhibitor acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to be bound by all Championship Auto Shows, Inc. Exhibitor Terms & Conditions, including all rules, regulations, liability waivers, insurance requirements, and event-specific instructions.
Electronic submission and acceptance of these terms shall have the same legal effect as a handwritten signature to the extent permitted by applicable law. Submission of an application or payment does not guarantee acceptance or display space. An entry is considered accepted only upon confirmation by CASI.
12. Entire Agreement and Disputes. These terms and any written event-specific instructions issued by CASI govern participation and supersede prior oral discussions about the entry. Changes must be approved in writing by CASI. Applicable law and the forum for disputes will be determined by the law and enforceable agreements governing the event location.
If the exhibitor is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must be present on the exhibitor’s behalf.
