(4) Each vendor selling product must submit a completed license application and provide a check payable to the City of New Orleans in the amount of $50.00.
Standard move-in time is 10:00am – 8:00pm on the Thursday prior to show opening, though it is suggested that ALL commercial exhibitors be present by 3:00pm.
All exhibitors MUST BE PRESENT BEFORE 7:00pm in order to ensure placement on the show floor.
WEAPONS of any kind and canopies are NOT permitted at the venues.
