This week’s Meguiar’s Ride of the Week features Phil and Debbie Becker’s outstanding 1932 Ford Vicky out of Dwight, IL.

Phil and Debbie have been showing cars for several years at Autorama, World of Wheels and Cavalcade of Customs as well as outdoor events. Always showing up with some of the best vehicles and wearing smiles on their faces!

This incredible ’32 was a Pirelli Great 8 Finalist for the Ridler Award at Detroit’s Autorama, Millwinder Award Finalist at Houston’s Autorama, Steel City 6 in Pittsburgh and at the Summit Racing Equipment ISCA Championship Finals in Chicago.

The Beckers owned this hot rod for over 45 years. It was a family driver for shows during the 70s and 80s. This was the second rebuild for this hot rod. They enlisted the expertise of Dave Lane at Fastlane for the project.

The Chevy 350 with custom intake, valve covers and injection transfers power to the rear wheels with a GM 4L80E. Painted and pinstriped Dayton Wire Wheels move this carriage painted with Axalta Custom Nardo Gray Single Stage by The Refinery out of Manteno, IL.

More highlights of the ’32 include custom Classic Instrument gauges from a ’39 Zephyr, plating by Jon Wright Custom Chrome and beautiful black leather interior from Schobers Hotrod Interiors out of Newark, IL. Meguiar’s is used to care for the car inside and out for that show car shine!
